Work has started to carefully develop the picturesque Barn into a fantastic Wedding and Function Venue holding up to 120 people, including cloakroom, toilet and bar facilities.

We also have various sizes of elegant Marquee's available to extend the facilities and create both a dining and party area, surrounded by a beautiful lawn, patio, pagola and garden.

Outside we have a lovely courtyard with BBQ and Wood Burning Oven for your own use or we will be delighted to cater for you.

We now have the ultimate Honeymoon experience or luxurious over night stay. Your own personal Yurt with log burning Stove, atmosperic lighting, furs and sumptious bedding. Please contact us for details.

You can also have the use of the accommodation for your family and visitors to stay in total luxury.

You are welcome to come and see the progress and we are taking booking for parties from August and Weddings from April 2012.

We can also cater for all functions and events, supplying everything from Canapes to Cakes, BBQ's, Hog Roasts, Paella, Fish & Chips as well as Classic Catering.

Well what do you get, apart for a fantastic venue for your most memorable day?

For bookings in 2012 for £3000 you get unlimited use of the facility from Friday to Sunday. 2013 Bookings will be £4000.

Thursday - Friday weddings possible if we can book a Saturday – Sunday on that same weekend.

Monday – Thursdays available also at discounted rates.

The Ascot 1 (+2) Stable conversion included.

We currently have 10 beds but from August there will be another 12 Beds available at cost for your friends, Family and Guests.

Unlimited Parking and Camping. Tents, Yurts (With Log Burner) and Caravans available to hire.

A fantastic Brick Barn which can seat up to 90 for dining or space for 120 for Civil Ceremonies. For smaller groups the Conservatory is also licenced and guests could be seated on the lawns.

Lighting, Heating, DJ Booth and Pulpit to scare the life out of the most confident speaker!

Bar, Cloak Room, Toilets, Showers and a meeting room for Registrar.

Outside;

A space big enough for unlimited size or number of Marquees which we can hire for you.

A pretty Wedding Garden with “Chill Out “ Patio, lighting and space for the kids to run around.

Courtyard with vines & wisteria growing up the Pagola, Chimineas, stone BBQ & Wood Burning Oven. Walks around the Garden, Pond, arbours or Footpaths.

Catering;

On site Caterers with 15 years’ experience offering; BBQ’s Hog or Lamb Roasts, Paella, Classic Starters , Mains & Desserts. Fresh Fish & Chips, Bacon butties at night or better still the next morning! Chocolate Fountains, Ice Creams, Canapés and fantastic Cakes…Hungry!? These are at additional cost.
