The Stables at Outfields Farm

The stables are fully furnished to a very high standard with all the comforts of home. Both units have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Washing powder and dishwasher powder are provided. All bedlinen and towels are provided.

Reservations

All reservations can be made by phone and confirmed by email. All reservations must be confirmed by a deposit of £25 per night booked. A receipt will be issued for the amount paid. When stays of longer than two weeks are booked alternative deposit arrangements will be agreed.

Prices

The price of The Ascot & Cheltenham is per night. When a discount has been agreed this will be confirmed by us and be identified in your 'confirmation of booking' email. If you have requested additional cleaning, this again will be confirmed with your booking.

Payment

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit card or cash. A deposit is required  at time of booking. The remainder is to be paid the day before departure. Again, where stays of longer than two weeks have been agreed alternative arrangements will be made for payment.

Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded if you cancel more than two weeks before your stay. After that period, deposits become non-refundable.

Shopping

No charge is made for this service but we do ask that you make payment on receipt of the goods.

Additional Guest Bed

A single guest bed can be provided. This will allow The Ascot to sleep three and The Cheltenham five. No additional charge is made.

Children

Children are more than welcome and would love Outfields. Please note that we don't have any equipment (eg. cot or high chair) for infants. Smaller children must not roam around unsupervised ouside of the enclosed courtyard as there are dangers like the duckpond.

Pets

Dogs are permitted and we must be notified at time of booking. A maximum of two dogs will be allowed. Please ensure that during your stay that the dog(s) are well behaved and do not roam around the farm as we have a number of animals. We do make a one off charge of £10 if you do bring a dog. If any damage is caused by your dog, the replacement/repair cost must be paid by you.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is permitted within the stables but we have no objections to the courtyard.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is from 2pm. Departure time is 10:30am.

Right of Entry

We will be permitted the right of entry to the stable at all reasonable times to inspect and undertake any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Safety

Guests must accept responsibilty for their own and their children's safety.
